SAM by Mosby offers a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty on all completed Handyman work. With your 1-Year Warranty,* you will be assured that:

All workmanship performed by SAM by Mosby will be installed in a professional manner.
All work performed by SAM by Mosby will be free from workmanship defects.
All work will be completed in accordance with the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.
Mosby will repair, replace or re-install any defective workmanship for 1 year.

Once a claim is submitted, an evaluation will be set up.
