SAM's Checkup Calendar

 SAM gets to know your space right from the start with a full check of all 49 key components during your Initial Home Evaluation. From there, he keeps a close eye on everything—checking each item at least once a year, and even more often depending on your plan and the season. Some seasonal tasks, like winterizing outdoor hoses, only need occasional attention, while important safety checks—like testing smoke detectors—happen every visit.
