Our plumbing checks cover everything from water pressure to sink traps and bathroom caulk. Checking on sump pumps and hose bibs and a visual inspection of the Water Main Shutoff ensures that water is properly controlled inside and outside the home

Your SAM Technician also inspect fireplaces conditions and ceiling fans to ensure they’re ready to keep your home comfortable through all seasons.

From attic insulation to basement or crawl space conditions, your SAM Technician checks every part of your home’s interior. We monitor windows and doors, interior walls, ceilings for water leaks, and door locks to ensure your home is secure and in good repair. Checking these interior components helps prevent mold, pests, and structural damage.
When We Check Components
The different plans dictate how often and when checkups occur. The plans also dictate which items are checked during the appointment. For instance, in the Gold Plans (having 4 checkups), seasonal items like winterizing hose bibs or checking window seals may not occur at every checkup, however, smoke detectors will be tested at every checkup.
