Who is this service best for?

Our home care plans are ideal for people who prefer not to worry about home maintenance and would rather focus on other life priorities. It’s also a perfect solution for those who may not be capable of maintaining their home independently, providing peace of mind with our proactive maintenance approach.

Can I purchase a plan for my parents or family members?

Absolutely! During checkout, simply select the home you want the service to be provided for. You’ll remain the client, and all fees will be charged to your credit card. In fact, you can purchase a plan for any family member and give them the gift of hassle-free home care.

Why is an initial home evaluation required?

The initial home evaluation is essential to establish a baseline for your home’s current condition.  This helps set up your home maintenance program for long-term success.  And of equal importance, it can identify any critical items that may need immediate attention.

What’s included in the home checkups?

Our Home Checkups page offers detailed information on what we inspect during each visit. We assess 49 essential components of your home to ensure its safety, efficiency, and long-term value.

What happens when I run out of handyman hours?

If you’ve used all the handyman hours included in your plan, you can purchase additional hours at $125 per hour. For instance, if a Green Package client uses their four included hours, additional time can be added as needed to extend that visit.

What if I need something from the hardware store?

Our handyman can make hardware store visits for a $99 flat fee. This should be discussed in advance with your SAM Technician.  The hardware store run does not cut into your handyman hours if done prior to the start of work.  If a hardware store run is necessary during the planned handyman time, the store run will deduct from your handyman hours (in this case, the flat fee is waived). All materials purchased are billed at cost, plus an 11% administration charge.

How do I cancel my service?

Our plans are annual and can be paid as a lump sum or over 12 months. If you need to cancel, the full year’s fee will be due, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current year

Does the plan auto-renew?

Yes, our plans are set to auto-renew for your convenience. We’ll notify you 60 days in advance, and you can cancel anytime up to the renewal date to avoid renewing for the next year.

What if I have a problem with the work performed?

If there’s any issue with the work done, please call our office at 314-909-1800, and we’ll ensure the necessary support is provided to resolve it.

What is your warranty for work performed?

Our work is covered by a one-year warranty on workmanship from the time of service. Any materials or product warranties are covered by the respective manufacturers.

Do unused handyman hours rollover to the next plan year?

Unfortunately, no, unused hours must be used within the plan year. If you’re concerned about having leftover hours, you can start with a smaller plan and add more handyman services as needed.

Do you provide services for all of the items checked in the home?

We can handle many of the items for you, but some may require more specialized trades. In these cases, we'll gladly refer you to a trusted professional who can help.

How much do extra hours of handyman services cost?

When you run over or need to add more handyman hours, the rate is $125.00 per hour.   You can purchase blocks of hours and reduce this to $120.00 per hour for a 4-hour block or to $115.00 per hour for an 8-hour block.

Can I include other structures like a detached garage in my plan?
Yes.  To do this, you must include the area of the detached structure in your total square footage choice.  Please make a note of it to your SAM Technician to ensure this is reviewed during visits.

We’re committed to making home maintenance effortless and reliable. Have additional questions? Send us a note.
