One of the biggest perks of having SAM around is access to Mosby’s trusted Handyman services—available only through our SAM Home Care plans.

Most SAM plans include a set number of Handyman hours, delivered by the same highly skilled Mosby team you already know and trust. And even if Handyman time isn’t built into your plan, you’re never out of luck—you can always purchase additional hours as needed.

Here’s how it works: Handyman time is booked in 4-hour blocks, so we recommend grouping your list of tasks together to make the most of each visit. Whether it’s a fix noted during your SAM Checkup, routine maintenance you’ve been putting off, or a small project that’s been on your mind—SAM is ready to help.

How To Book A Handyman Visit

Enjoy the flexibility of 4 to 16 hours of handyman services per year, depending on your plan. Need more time? No problem – additional hours can be added to any plan for larger or ongoing needs.

Reserve time on SAM's calendar.

Use your handyman hours for a variety of tasks, from maintenance needs like caulking and touch-up painting to specific minor projects around the house.

SAM handles your to-do list.

Each handyman visit is scheduled in 4-hour blocks, so you can plan around your day. Need supplies? Our handyman can make hardware store trips if needed, with a flat fee applied to cover additional time.

What SAM the Handyman Can (and Can’t) Do

SAM is your go-to for small projects, maintenance, and everyday repairs. If something bigger comes up, don’t worry—SAM will pass it along to the full Mosby team to handle through our regular remodeling process. If you are not sure, your SAM Technician will gladly point you in the right direction.
