The Blue Essentials Plan is for homeowners who prefer a more proactive approach without handyman hours. The Blue Essentials Plan includes two scheduled home checkups per year. These regular visits help maintain your home’s health and catch issues before they become costly problems. With a focus on checkups only, this plan delivers peace of mind through consistent monitoring.
What’s Included:
- Semi-Annual Home Checkups: Twice a year, seasonally adjusted inspections of key areas, such as your roof, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and interior/exterior conditions to proactively address any concerns across your home.
- Exclusive access to SAM by Mosby’s handyman services available for an additional fee. Handyman hour are used in blocks of 4, 8, 12, and 16 hours for maintenance and small repairs at your home.
