• Handyman hours can be used for checkup action items, general maintenance, or small tasks.
• Handyman services will not be provided during checkups.
• Hours must be used in 4-hour blocks, so we recommend combining tasks to complete them at once.
• Additional handyman hours can be purchased as needed.
• Unused handyman hours do not carry over to the following year.

• Home Evaluations are thorough and typically take 2-3 hours depending on home size.
• The Home Evaluation establishes a baseline condition of the home.
• The cost of the Home Evaluation is a one-time fee of $199.
• A Home Evaluation is required for all members before their plan begins.
• Once the Home Evaluation is complete, you'll receive a report documenting the current condition of 49 checkpoints.

• Payment for the Home Evaluation and Home Plan subscription is due at sign-up.
• Save 10% on a Home Plan subscription by paying annually (vs. monthly).
• After initial payment, your card will be charged automatically monthly or annually, based on your plan.
• Plans automatically renew annually unless canceled beforehand.
• When enrolling in a plan, you are committing to a one-year term.
• Pricing is adjusted based on the size of the property.
